 The latest in the list of domain extensions to pique Internet domain name investors' interest is the .asia extension. I heard about this top level domain (TLD) at a free domain names forum, and did some searching, and there are tons of great domain names still available for this particular extension. It became available in late 2007, so if you are a domain name investor, you might see what you can find for this particular extension. Considering the size of the Asia market, it is probably a good one to pay attention to, because Asian countries are emerging as major economic forces now.
If you do invest in a few .asia extensions, you can also make money parking domains with this extension. Someone might come around and want the domain name, and you can sell it for a handsome profit. Some of the domain parking services actually will get your name listed in the search engines in prominent pages, so if you are one of the lucky ones whose parked domain gets good organic placement, the amount of money you could potentially make might be big. |
